Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone

J.K Rowling

223 pages

published 2010

The story:

This story is about a young boy called Harry Potter who’s parents died and had to live with Mr Dursley and Mrs Dursley.Harry had to go to a special school called Hogwarts because Harry was a special boy.

Highlights:

My part that I enjoyed was when Harry Potter went to Hogwarts and learned magic spells. My other favourite part was when they played that game on the pitch it was Griffindor vs Slitherin.

Any weak bits?

There was no particular fault in the story it was just amazing.

Unputdownable?

I really loved the book because there was loads of action in it and it was just magical. There was just wizardry inside the book it is like when you open the book magic come straight inside you.The book is also particularly intresting to read.

This book is awesome! I’ve no faults as it is one of the best books I’ve ever read!”

Unputdownable?

It was so hard to put this book down;I tried to read this book at every moment spare.I read it at night too it was so good instead of TV. I’ve forgotten how good J.K. Rowling writes. I think you should read this book as you can actually imagine being there.
